I wish we bought more than one!! It is so convenient and easy to use. Word of caution - use light pressure otherwise the wire could pop.

        

SUCH A TIME SAVER!! We are a kosher commercial kitchen and finding kosher cubed cheese is not that easy. Cubing cheese ourselves took 1/2 hour to an hour based on the size of our guest count. But now this cuts that by more than half. Easy to handle, not too heavy, easy to use, and can be run through the dish machine for easy cleanup.

        

This is a terrific product for our bakery. Why did we ever cube cold butter for our pie pastry by hand? How did we do it? Great time-saver. Easy to clean.

        

This has definitely been one of those "work smarter not harder" pieces for us! We use it to cut butter into cubes for pastry, which was messy and taking us quite a while. This works beautifully for the job and gives us nice uniform pieces. Well worth the investment, thinking about purchasing another.

        

We love it! We use it for cubing butter for use in pastry dough, which gets very slippery and messy when cutting with a knife. it's much faster and safer than cutting with a knife. It saves us lots of time and creates less waste. The wire came unhinged on the first one they shipped us, but we were able to get a replacement and have not had trouble since.

This is great to have. this nemco n55300A easy cheeser 3/4 easy cheese cuber. saves a lot of time and it works well. grate buy

        

Worked great for making symmetrical cubes of cheese. Easy and quick to use. The wires are delicate though and seem like they would break easily if rushed.

        

This works well, but my employees do keep breaking the cutting wire. It is pretty easy to fix, though. If you do have employees who are hard on things - be aware that you might have to fix this every now and then.

        

LOVE IT! Only cheese slicer and cuber you will EVER need. Replaces all of those little hand held cheese slicers. Buy it...you will not regret it!
